Over the coming months we are going to be selecting and reviewing a wide range of different cookware items and giving you our thoughts on them. We use a diligent review process though and there is still an awful lot of work to do on this site, so please be patient with us

Our hope is that in the coming months and years that we can become a dependable source of information for you on all areas of cookware, but also on cooking in general and we are about to start discussions with some high quality chefs to see about having them make some video recipes for you, and also provide written copies too that you can print out and stick by the cooker.
